By accessing and using the MNHS Enrollment System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this system.

2. Enrollment Eligibility

• Students must meet the age and grade level requirements set by the Department of Education (DepEd).
• All required documents must be authentic and submitted within the specified enrollment period.
• Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

4. Document Requirements

By enrolling, you confirm that you have submitted or will submit the following to the School Registrar:

• Good Moral Certificate from previous school
• SF9 (School Form 9 / Report Card)
• Card/Grades Card from previous school
• Additional requirements as specified by DepEd Order No. 03, s. 2018

5. Temporary Enrollment

Students who fail to submit complete requirements may be granted temporary enrollment status. Temporary enrollees must submit all deficiencies within the prescribed period to be converted to official enrollment status.

6. System Usage

• The system is intended for enrollment purposes only.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system is prohibited.
• The school reserves the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity.

7. Changes to Terms

The school reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
